Gosia, certified linguist and service lead
Gosia is the named human behind every certificate: a certified linguist with court experience and training in safeguarding and family support work. She has interpreted in the rooms where it is hardest to get language right, police interviews, child protection conferences, family court, and she runs the service side of this business to the standard those rooms demand.
Her name, credentials and signature are on the work because certification is personal. She is listed on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters, NRPSI number 17706. When an official asks who stands behind a translation, the answer is a person, not a brand.
Nuno, operations, growth and technology
Nuno builds and runs everything around the language work: the ordering, the quoting, the scheduling, the systems that let a certified human do two to three times the output of a traditional agency linguist without ever rushing the part that matters.
That is also why our prices are lower than the online translation shops rather than higher. The efficiency is engineered, and we pass it on.

The rule is simple: AI drafts, a named certified human verifies and certifies, and nothing leaves without a human signature. We publish this because transparency about the method is the trust play, and because the biggest fear in this industry deserves a straight answer.
Machine processing runs on UK and EU infrastructure. Client documents never touch consumer AI tools. Sensitive material is redacted before machine processing where appropriate. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and keep a written retention policy: what we hold, why, and for how long.
